Have your say - the Putting People First Consortium is doing a web-based survey of people's experiences with Personal Budgets.
If you are a disabled person and get a PB yourself you can do the survey by clicking here: http://puttingpeoplefirst.limeask.com/83472/lang-en
If you are a carer and recieve a PB on behalf of a relative / friend you can do the survey by clicking here:
http://puttingpeoplefirst.limeask.com/51654/lang-en
There are also easy-read versions and a flyer on: http://www.puttingpeoplefirst.org.uk/Browse/SDSandpersonalbudgets/questionnaire/take/
If 50 people from Kensington and Chelsea complete the survey (which is anonymous) a report is sent to the Council letting them know what local people getting PBs really think. The more people that can give their opinions the better. If you can't do the survey online but would like to have your say, contact Martha or Jenny who will go through the questions with you.
