Action Disability Kensington and Chelsea's Personal Budget Team Blog. The ADKC Personal Budget Project is an independent project, funded by the City Bridge Trust. The PB Team provides all types of support to PB users and Self funders including advocacy, campaigning, training and specialist information and advice. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, part fund some parts of the low level Personal Budget Service (e.g. basic PB info provision, admin costs for the PB User group.)

DLA reform - government response

A few month ago the DWP (Department of Work and Pensions) started a consultation about the changes to DLA / introduction of the PIP (personal independence payment).
