Welcome to the new ADKC Personal Budget Team Blog

We will attempt to update this blog regularly with:
  • useful bits of information,
  • hints and tips from members,
  • dates for Peer group meetings / focus groups,
  • tools for PB users,
  • consultations that might be of interest,
  • outcomes and updates from meetings the PB team has,
  • dates of other meetings / focus groups that might be relevant,
  • bits of research
  • links to services that might be of use,
  • copies of PB group minutes and the "PB Flash" newsletter....and anything else that out members would like to see. 
Whether you get a Personal Budget already, are in the process of getting one, or have to fund your own care / support feel free to input.     Why not podcast the PB meetings? This would be a good way for people unable to attend the meeting but with internet access to engage. It will also provide an accurate record of what transpired.

    Hi there - that is a great idea. Group members would have to be in agreement as sometimes people raise issues that they would only bring up in the "safety" of a meeting of their peers - but if group memebers think it is a good idea I could look into doing a later podcast of highlights / main issues.
