RBKC have now put their Self Assessment Questionaire (SAQ) online. The SAQ is a multiple choice form, with options A-E that the Council uses to help decide how much Personal Budget someone should recieve.
If you want to complete the SAQ on line you can find it on the RBKC "People First" Website - and is currently in the "this just in" section and is in the form of an EXCEL document.
The direct link is here http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/healthandsocialcare/peoplefirst/healthandwell-being/self-assessmentquestionnaire.aspx
At the last PB user group meeting on the 27th June, we told Council Officers that people wanted more transparency about how money is allocated. Hopefully they will provide more information, including the whole Resource Allocation System (RAS) tool, the spreadsheet which converts your answers into number of £'s,
so people can fill in the form and automatically get an idea of how much they could get in terms of a Personal Budget.
If you can't open the excel document and would prefer a word version of the document, please get in contact with the PB team and we can email / post you a copy.
