PB user group members have been asking for more guidance on ways to spend our PBs.
At the last PB user group meeting Mark Ward (SDS team) suggested that we look at the RBKC helpsheets and feed back as to whether they give clear information or not, whether there was anything missing and suggestments to inprove the information. These helpsheets can be found at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/healthandsocialcare/peoplefirst/gettingintouch/policyandleaflet/adultspolicy/self-directedsupport.aspx - do send us your ideas for changes!
Tom Brown (Head of Assessments) suggested local PB users coming up with scenarios of regular and innovative ways of using PBs to meet a need - if you have any ideas, or fancy writing a scenario to demonstrate how flexible PBs can be, please let the PB team know.
